Summer Programme

Over the Board Chess is Back!
In person club nights have restarted. Please see this post for more details.

In previous years over the summer months we’ve switched to meeting fornightly, with five of those meetings reserved for Club Championship games. Other activities are interspersed to provide variety and interest and indeed the opportunity to include new members. Due to the new closer relationship with the Bury Knights Junior Chess Club, it may be possible to meet weekly instead, but the details are yet to be confirmed (including which weeks and nights to meet) and will of course depend on what happens with respect to the Coronavirus.

Here is the outline we used for summer 2019.
