Chess Club AGM – Thursday 12 August 2021 @ 7:30pm

Please find linked below details of our upcoming AGM, to be held at our venue on Thursday 12 August, starting at 7:30pm.

In addition to standard items such as club finances and the election of officers we’re looking to introduce a new club constitution to govern the operation of the club. To keep the meeting brief, you are asked to read the constitution in advance.

We hope to complete the formalities as quickly as is reasonably possible, and then to hold a short tournament. Those who have only recently joined our club are welcome to arrive a little late to miss the meeting … we suggest 7:50pm or 8pm.

Note: The £1 attendance fee is waived on the night of the AGM.
