ECF Summer Grades are Out

With the British Chess Championship underway, the ECF released the summer grades at the weekend. I’ll get those of our club members onto the relevant page of the club website soon, but in the meantime you can look up your grade on the ECF Grading Website here.

I hope you’re pleased with what you find there
A few of our number are involved at the British, if you want to see how they are doing or keep an eye on the event as a whole, you can do that on the event website here. We have at least three Johns / Jons involved. John Feavyour is in the over 65s (thats an age boundary not a grade boundary), John Peters and Jon Collins compete with one another twice in the Major Open and u180 events. Let me know if I missed anyone!
